Teraz powinno działać - bezpłatny, na razie nic nie płaciłam. Co prawda na kopercie zwrotnej jest naklejony znaczek za 3 zł, ale otrzymałam taki email:

We hope you had a great start into the new year 2013!

Starting on January 5 the Polish Post has raised the franking for letters and parcels.

The envelopes for returning the transponders need more stamps, too. Therefore, we kindly ask you to please keep the envelopes with the transponders until we have send you some extra stamps.

Otherwise the transponders would be returned to you. Thank you very much in advance!
